You can pay cash on delivery when your order arrives at your door, or pay online securely by card or mobile wallet through Paymob or Kashier.
Orders inside Cairo and Giza usually arrive within 2–4 business days. Other governorates take 3–6 business days. We confirm every order by phone before shipping.
Yes — we deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates. Shipping cost depends on your governorate and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
All products are manufactured by Dr Jo in our own facility in Cairo, operating since 2010, and are sold in pharmacies across Egypt. Every product you order from this site comes directly from us.
Yes — if the product arrived damaged or wrong, contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
If you added your email at checkout, you get an email at every step (confirmed, shipped, delivered). You can also message us your order number on WhatsApp any time: (+20) 1000 87 0005.
Yes — check the Offers page for current bundles and limited-time discounts. Bundles give you a complete routine at a lower price than buying each product separately.
Dr Jo products are available in major pharmacies, hypermarkets and beauty centers across Egypt. Ordering from this website gets you home delivery and online-only offers.
