Shipping policy

Dr Jo delivers to all 27 Egyptian governorates through trusted courier partners. Shipping cost is determined by your governorate and is always displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm — no hidden fees.

Delivery times

Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days. Alexandria & the Delta: 3–5 business days. Upper Egypt & remote areas: 4–6 business days. Times are estimates and may extend during holidays and promotions.

Order confirmation

We call to confirm every order before shipping. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order is put on hold until we connect.

Receiving your parcel

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the package is damaged or opened, you may refuse it and contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
