What we collect

When you order we collect: your name, mobile number, address and governorate, and email (optional). This is only the data needed to deliver your order and contact you about it.

How we use it

Fulfilling and delivering orders, contacting you to confirm and follow up, sending order status updates by email if provided, and improving the site through anonymous analytics (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).

Sharing

We share delivery details with the courier company only to deliver your order, and with the payment gateway (PayTabs/Kashier) for online payments. We never sell your data to any third party.
